In order to solve the roblem that user s request can not res onded mi m ed iately w ith existing CDN network technology of load balance, the au thor ro osed Load bal ance algorithm based on d istributed strategy. F irst, the algorithm can be a lied to newt ork to ology inform ation and files access h istory and server load inform ation to bu ild erfect and overallm idd lew are. Second, the algorithm can be a lied to the technology of cache, co y and DNS load balance to realize real tmi e rocess ing of network layout and load of every node. The s mi u lation of the technology roves that d istribu ted strategy makes the request of network user rou te to the closest server node, so that the request can be sent mi m ed iately. The strategy can ease network b locking asw ell and then mi rove the res onse s eed to the term inal user.
