天然黄色茧家蚕品种桂蚕H9选育研究  闭立辉，顾家栋，韦博尤，祁广军，苏红梅，蒙艺英，黄玲莉， 张桂征，张雨丽，黄文功 （广西蚕业技术推广总站，南宁市 530007） ［摘 要］桂蚕 H9 是广西蚕业技术推广总站选配育成的强健性夏秋用特殊用途家蚕新品种。在省 级实验室联合鉴定中，结茧率为 97.29％,虫蛹率为 95.99％，一茧丝长为 849.51m，解舒率为 74.09％，净度为 91.84分。省级农村联合鉴定中，单张产茧量为 31.47kg，一茧丝长为 712.0m， 解舒率为 68.06％，净度为 92.26 分。与现行品种两广二号相比，结茧率、虫蛹率等强健性方面两 者相仿，产量、一茧丝长、净度等主要经济性状均略低。天然黄色茧率 100％，且茧色较均匀，是 一对强健性天然黄色茧特殊用途蚕品种。2012年 6 月通过广西农作物品种审定委员会审定。 ［关键词］家蚕品种；天然黄色茧；桂蚕 H9；选育 Breeding of natural yellow cocoon silkworm variety “Guican H9” BI Li-hui, GU Jia-dong, WEI Bo-you, QI Guang-jun, SU Hong-mei, MENG Yi-ying, HUANG Ling-li,ZHANG Gui-zheng, ZHANG Yu-li, HUANG Wen-gong (General Station for Sericulture Technology Extension of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Nanning 530007, China ) [Abstract] Guican H9, matched and incubated by Guangxi Sericulture Technology Extension Station, was the new robustness silkworm variety used in summer and autumn for special purposes. The results of its cocooning rate, larva-pupa rate, filament length of a cocoon, reelability and neatness were 97.29 ％, 95.99 ％, 849.51m, 74.09 ％ and 91.84 points, respectively in the joint identification of provincial laboratory, while the results in the joint identification of provincial countryside were like this:31.47kg of leaflets produced cocoon, 712.0m of filament length of a cocoon，68.06 ％ of reelability and 92.26 points of neatness. Compared with the current promotion variety Liangguang Ⅱ, the differences of cocooning rate, larva-pupa rate and other robustness traits werent significant, but the major economic traits like yield, filament length of a cocoon and neatness were all slightly lower.
