G11 填充方钴矿基热电材料服役行为研究 夏绪贵 陈立东 李小亚 （中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所，上海 200050） 摘要：填充方钴矿热电材料在中温范围内具有较高的性能优值，是近年来研究的热点。服役条件下，热电材料组织结构和性 能的演变在一定程度上决定了可应用性，同时也是热电器件可靠性关注的重要方面，有关填充方钴矿热电材料本身在真空热 服役条件下的性能演变机制的研究报道较少。本文研究了 Ba填充方钴矿热电材料在873K真空状态下长时间老化后材料热电 性能的变化规律，并结合 XRD，EPMA 等分析，讨论了 Ba 填充方钴矿热电材料组织结构和性能演变的行为机制。研究结果表 明Ba填充的CoSb3基热电材料的热电性能在服役条件下随时间的延长出现先上升后下降的趋势，且名义填充量在0.3到0.5 之间变化后同样遵循这种规律，材料的密度则表现为不断降低。 关键词：Ba 填充方钴矿热电材料；服役行为；老化；热电性能 A study on hot service behaviour of CoSb -based filled skuttrudite 3 Abstract: Filled skutterudite thermoelectric materials are the research hotspot in recent years because of the high ZT in mid-temperature. At the conditions of service, the thermoelectric properties, structure and evolution of materials are the decision to some extent in application.And thermoelectric device reliability also concerned about the service behaviour of CoSb -based filled skuttrudite . But the reports 3 of service behaviour are rare. In this paper, the service behaviour of Ba filled CoSb -based skuttrudite 3 were investigated .We studied the changes of thermoelectric properties of materials treated in 873K under vacuum after a long aging. Combined with XRD, SEM and other analysis, we discussed the Ba filled CoSb -based skutterudite microstructure, thermoelectric properties and the evolution mechanisms. 3 The results shows that thermoelectric properties of all the different nominal filling fraction CoSb -based 3 skutterudite in service conditions rise in the early
