浅论发挥农技协大联合优势的新途径? 1 2 陈浩波 ，李晓光 （1．广西武鸣县科学技术协会，广西武鸣 530100；2．广西科协科普部，南宁 530022 ） 摘要：农技协的发展主要体现在组织联合及产业发展等方面，基层农技协在发展的过程中存在有协会交流不够广 泛、产业发展受制较多、联合优势体现不够等缺陷，县级科协对农技协的指导也存在不够具体到位的问题。探索 实践证明，县级农技协联合会具有大联合、大协作、大发展的优势，能较好地解决基层农技协的学习交流及产业 融合等问题，能够分担县级科协对农技协的具体指导职能，是农技协资源共享联合共赢的一种新形式，组建县级 农技协联合会能更好地实现基层农技协的大联合。 关键词：农技协；发挥；大联合优势；新途径 Discussion on the New Ways to Realize Great Union Superiority for The Rural Special Technology Association 1 2 CHEN Haobo , LI Xiaoguang 1.Wuming association for science technology, Wuming 530100, Guangxi, China; 2.Department of science popularization of Guangxi association for science technology, Nanning 530022，China Abstract ：The development of the rural special technology association RSTA mainly manifests to organize union and industry development etc. there are not enough wide association exchanges, industrial development are restricted so much, synergies reflect not well in the basic level rural special technology association in the development process. as for the county RSTA ,there are not specific enough guidance for the rural special technology associations. It was proved that county league of rural special technology association has advantages of unity, great cooperation and development. it also can solve learning exchanges and industry amalgamation and so on in the basic level rural special technology association, and share specific guidance on the basic level rural special technology association. The county league of rural special technology association is a new form of win-win and resource sharing and setting up the county league of rural special technology association can better achieve unity among the basic level rural special technology associations.
