冀南山区心房颤动的流行病学研究 李彦飞 [摘 要] 目的 了解河北省南部山区心房颤动(房颤)的流行病学情况，为进一步的防治奠定基础。方法 从全县5个乡镇中随机抽取10个自然村，采取国际通用的标准化调查方法，在人群中进行以房颤为主要内容的心血管流行病学调查并统计结果。 结果 冀南山区房颤总患病率1.09%，标准化率为0.91%，高于全国的抽样调查水平（χ2=6.853，P0.01）(χ2=0.256，P0.05)。所有房颤病人中瓣膜型、非瓣膜型及特发性房颤所占比例分别为18.1％、70.8％和11.1％。房颤病人中脑卒中9例，占12.5%，以缺血性脑卒中为主（8例）。房颤病人的服药治疗情况不理想。结论 冀南山区房颤患病率较高，以非瓣膜性房颤为主，房颤的治疗、原发疾病的控制、并发症的防治需进一步加强。 [关键词] 心房颤动；流行病学；并发症 The epidemical investigation of atrial fibrillation in the south mountainous region of Hebei province LI Yanfei (Department of Cardiology, People’s Hospital of Lincheng County, Xingtai 054300, China) [ABSTRACT] Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the current prevalence of atrial fibrillation(AF)in the south mountainous region of Hebei province and contribute to further prevention and treatment. Methods We randomly chose 10 villages from 5 towns in Lincheng county in the south mountainous region of Hebei province. Using international standardized methods, we performed a cardiovascular epidemical study which was mainly on AF. Results 72 cases of AF were found in a toal 6599 population. The crude prevalence of AF is 1.09％ which would be 0.96% after standardized. Also, it is increasing with age(χ2=66.898，P0.001). The prevalence of AF in the south mountainous region of Hebei province is higher than domestic total level（χ2=6.853，P0.01）The prevalence in men is similar to women (χ2=0.256，P0.05). Among all AF cases, valvular, nonvalvular, and idiopathic AF were 18.1％、70.8％ and 11.1％ respectivelyhe incidence of stroke among AF cases was 12.5％schemic stroke(8 cases) was most familiar. However, the patients didn’t sufficiently take the necessary medicine. Conclusion The prevalence of AF in the south mountainous region of Hebei province is higher than the domestic level．onvalvular AF was most familiar.
