基于生态环境分析的西部城市人口与工业集聚模式研究 ——以乌海市为例 1 1 1 2 顾永涛 ，李 栋 ，魏天爵 ，魏艾林 （1．中国城市规划设计研究院，北京 100037 ；2．乌海市规划局，内蒙古乌海 016000 ） 摘要：西部城市的生态基础非常脆弱，但又面临快速工业化的需求，如何实现保护与开发的统一，如何保证人居 环境和工业发展的协调，在西部地区显得尤为重要。通过乌海市生态本底条件的分析，对市域生态敏感性进行空 间评价，在生态敏感性研究的基础上展开人口和工业集聚适宜性评价，并以此作为人口分布和工业布局的主要依 据，通过人口和工业的集聚，全面优化城乡空间格局。 关键词：城市规划；生态环境；生态敏感性；人口集聚；工业集聚 Study on Clustering Model of Population and Industries Based on Eco-Environmental Analysis in the Western City of China ——A Case of Wuhai GU Yongtao，LI Dong ，WEI Tianjue ，WEI Ailin （1.China Academy of Urban Planning and Design, Beijing 100037, China; 2.Wuhai City Planning Bureau, Wuhai 016000, Inner Mongolia, China ） Abstract: Facing the demand of rapid industrialization, coordinated development of protection and exploitation, living environment and industrial development is very significant in the construction of cities in West China with fragile ecological basis. Based on the analysis of ecological conditions, this paper makes a space evaluation of Wuhai’s urban ecology sensitivity and a further evaluation of population and industrial agglomeration suitability as the main foundation for the layout of population and industry, achieving comprehensive optimization of spatial pattern of urban and rural areas through the gathering of population and industry.
