基于协调发展理论的江苏省城市化发展与 城市土地集约利用关系研究 解安宁， 陈利根  （南京农业大学 公共管理学院，江苏 南京 210095） 摘要：研究目的：评价江苏省城市化发展与城市土地集约利用的协调发展程度。研究方法：实证研究法、统计分析法。 研究结果：2010 年江苏省各地级市协调发展度数值跨度在 0.216～0.331 之间，共涉及勉强协调发展类和初级协调发 展类共两种类型，其中勉强协调发展类型占到总类型数的76.9%，说明江苏省总体上还处于较低水平的协调发展层次； 从空间分布特征来看，江苏省各地级市城市化发展与城市土地集约利用的协调发展水平整体上表现出苏南地区高于苏 北地区的规律，而且与地区经济发展水平具有较强的相关关系。研究结论：不同城市间的经济发展水平、自然资源禀 赋、产业结构和政策因素，决定着各个城市的城市化发展与城市土地集约利用的协调度、协调发展度及相对发展度。 关键词：城市化发展；城市土地集约利用；协调发展 Research on the Evaluation of Coordinated Development between Urbanization Development and Urban land Intensive Use in Jiangsu Province Based on the Theory of Coordinated Development XIE An-ning, CHEN Li-gen (College of Public Administration, Nanjing Agricultural University, Nanjing 210095, China) Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to evaluate the degree of coordinated development between urbanization development and urban land intensive use in Jiangsu province. Methods employed include empirical research method and statistical analysis method. The results showed that: firstly, in 2010 Jiangsu, the span of coordinated development degree of prefecture cities is between 0.216 to 0.331, involving two types which are barely coordinated development and elementarily coordinated development, and the former type accounts for 76.9% of the total number, which shows that the coordinated development level of Jiangsu Province is still low on the whole.
