The cellular molecular processes of diseases are prevented by using CPPs delivery information-rich molecules into cells for regulation the protein-protein interaction. The ability of CPPs to introduce drugs into cells allows the conventional bio-distribution of drugs to be altered in order to favorably impact toxicity, patient compliance, and other treatment factors. Nowadays, a number of preclinical and human clinical studies of CPP-mediated delivery of therapeutics are applied to treat some difficult diseases, including central nervous system diseases, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. However, up to now, there are not related clinical studies of CPPs in our country.
