第 10期 曾 洁 ，等 ：饲粮半胱氨酸水平对獭兔生产性能和 SLC1A4基因表达 的影响 29 EffectofDietaryCysteineSupplementLevelson ProductionPerformanceandthe ExpressionofSLC1A4GenemRNA ofRexRabbit ZENG Jie，ZHANG En—ping ，CHEN Yu—lin ，ZHOU Ying—hao (CollegeofAnimalScienceandTechnology，NorthwestAFUniversity，Yangling，Shaanxi712100，Chi口) Abstract：Toinvestigatetheeffectofdietarycysteinesupplementlevelson growth performance，fur qualityandtheexpressionofSLC1A4genemRNA ofRexRabbit。144healthy90一day-oldRexRabbitswere dividedrandomlyintofourgroupswith36replicatesin each group．Andeachreplicatecontainedonerab— bit．Thecontrolgroupwasfedwithbasaldietof0．25 cysteineandthethreeexperimentalgroupswith thedietsof0．60 ，0．70 and0．80 cysteine(thedietsadding0．35 ，0．45 and0．55 cysteineto basaldiet)，respectively．Theexperimentincludedapretrialperiodof7daysandanexperimentalperiodof 40days．Theresultsshowedthat：(1)Thefinalweightandaveragedailygainincreasedsignificantlyinthe groupwiththedietof0．70％ cysteine(PO．05)．Feedconversionratiointhisgroupdecreasedsignifi— cantly (PO．05)．Averagedailyfeedintakehadnosignificantdifferenceinallgroups(PO．05)．(2)At theageof130～day-old，theskinareaofrabbitsinthegroupswiththedietsof0．60 and0．70 cysteine weresignificantly largerthan thatinothergroups(P 0．05)．Cysteineincreasedthehairdensityofat 100-year—oldwithinthethreeexperimentgroups．AndthehairdensityofRexRabbitswithdietof0．70 cysteineat130一year—oldwasmuchgreaterthanthatinothergroups(P O．05)．Therewereno significant differencesintheskinthicknessbetweenfourgroups(P0．05)．(3)Thecontentsofcysteineindietsre— sultedintheextraordinar“y significantchangesoftheexpression ofSLCIA4genein theskin，liverand duodenum tissues(PO．01)．Theexpressionincreasedtothehighestvaluesinthegroupswithdietof0． 7O cysteineinitiallyanddecreasedafterwards．Thisstatusintheskintissueappearedin110一day-oldrab— bitsandbecamesignificantintheliverandduodenum tissuesofRexRabbitattheag
