智能变电站数据中心及其应用服务 葛 亮，张建华，余 斌 （北京四方继保自动化股份有限公司，北京市100085） 摘要：重点研究了智能变电站数据中心的实现，包括数据中心的组织和访问。该数据中心 基于统一建模技术，将多种专业数据有效融合和关联，按照标准模型存储；以多源量测为 连接枢纽，提供以一次设备对象为基础的数据访问接口。提出了一种基于数据中心的变电 站自动化系统架构，并对数据中心部署及信息交互进行了研究。提出基于数据中心的变电 站对外应用服务体系架构，其核心是建立不依赖通信协议的标准化信息服务，为调度中心 和本地智能应用提供通用数据服务、面向应用的服务。 关键词：智能变电站；数据中心；多源量测；对外应用服务 Smart Substation Data Center and Its Application Service GE Liang, ZHANG Jianhua,YU Bin (Beijing Sifang Automation Co. Ltd., Beijing 100085, China) Abstract: The realization of smart substation data center is focused on, including the organization and access of data center. Based on the unified modeling techniques, the data center commits to effectively merge and connect the data in all related professional fields, while storing the data according to the standard model. Taking the multi-source measurement as a connection, the data center provides various data access service based on primary equipment object. An architecture of substation automation system based on the data center is provied, and the deployment of the data center and the information interaction are studied. An architecture of substation external application service based on the data center is proposed to establish the standard information service which is independent of communication protocols, therefore provide various common data services and application-oriented services for the dispatch center and the local intellegent applications.
