PDA 在冷连轧机组基础自动化控制系统中的应用 侯永刚 秦大伟 宋 君 王军生 刘宝权 张 岩 （鞍钢股份有限公司技术中心，鞍山 14009 ） 摘 要 随着当代工业自动控制技术的不断发展，冷连轧带钢生产线的运行速度越来越快。在冷轧带钢生产过程中， 为了实现冷连轧生产线故障的快速分析及处理，对冷连轧机组基础自动化控制系统中各种数据的高速采集及实时监 控提出了越来越高的要求。本文结合鞍钢某冷连轧生产线，介绍了德国伊霸（iba ）公司开发的PDA 数据采集系统 在冷连轧机组基础自动化控制系统中的应用。该系统的使用解决了冷连轧机组基础自动化控制系统数据采集量大、 采样周期短、采样数据同步及大量数据存储等技术难题，为生产机组故障快速分析及处理提供了必要的技术平台。 关键词 PDA 数据采集 基础自动化 TDC S71 Application of PDA in Basic Automation Control System for Tandem Cold Mill Hou Yonggang Qin Dawei Song Jun Wang Junsheng Liu Baoquan Zhang Yan （Technology Center of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., Anshan, 114009 ） Abstract With the continuous development of modern industry automation technology, the running speed in cold mill becomes faster and faster. In order to analyze and process the fault of production line during the production process of cold strip steel, the higher request of rapid speed collecting and real time monitor of all kinds of data in the automation control system for cold mill is put forward. This paper introduces the application of PDA data acquisition system, developed by German IBA Company to the cold mill automation system. This system application solved the technical problems such as vast data acquisition, short sample period, sampling data synchronization and vast data storage etc in the basic automation control system of cold mill. At same time, the necessary technological platform of rapid analyzing and processing the fault is provided to the production unit.
