广西木论自然保护区陆生脊椎动物多样性.doc

摘要 2012年10月至2013年8月期间对广西木论自然保护区进行科学考 察，运用样线法、访问法、红外线相机探测法，通过野外调查、采集、 观察、访问和查阅资料，统计出该区陆生脊椎动物（两栖纲、爬行纲、 鸟纲、哺乳纲）360种，隶属4纲28目90科224属，有国家级重点保 护级3种，国家级重点保护级41种，中国特有物种35种。其中两栖 动物有2目7科19属33种，有3种国家重点保护动物，4种被中国濒危评 级收录，15种系中国特有种类；爬行动物有2目12科39属64种，没有 国家重点保护动物，17种被中国濒危评级收录，10种系中国特有种类； 鸟类有15目49科123属203种，有29种国家重点保护动物，13种被中国 濒危评级收录，4种系中国特有种类；哺乳动物有9目22科43属60种， 其中有12种国家重点保护动物，13种被中国濒危评级收录，6种系中 国特有种类。G-F指数结果表明,广西木论自然保护区陆生脊椎动物科 中和科间的多样性鸟纲（0.8244）＞哺乳纲（0.6458）＞爬行纲 （0.5552）＞两栖纲（0.4512）。与茂兰自然保护区相比，茂兰自然 保护区G—F指数也是鸟纲（0.8436）＞哺乳纲（0.7354）＞爬行纲 （0.4922）＞两栖纲（0.2443）。差异性分析结果表明：木论自然保 护区和茂兰自然保护区，两地之间陆生脊椎动物相关性（P=0.052＞ 0.05）没有达到显著水平。 关键词：木论自然保护区；陆生脊椎动物；多样性。 I Abstract From October 2012 to August 2013, the author carried out an  investigation of the terrestrial vertebrates in  Mulun Nature  Reserve of Guangxi province. Using the line transect method, access method, infrared camera detection method for field investigation.Through collection 、observation 、 asking and consulting relevant documents, statistics suggest that 360  species of  terrestrial vertebrate animals are distributed in  Mulun Nature Reserve，belonging to 4 class, 28 order, 90 families，224 genera. Among them, 3 species belong to the first-class protection in satae-leval, and 41 species under the second-class protection in satae-leval, 13 species are the endangered species, 35 species are native to China. There are  203 species of Amphibian , belonging to  15 order, 49 families，  123 genera. Among them, 29 species under the national key protected animals, 13 species are the endangered species, 4 species are native to China. There are 64 species of Reptila ,  belonging to  2 order, 12 families，39genera. Among them,  17species are the endangered species, 10 species are native to  China. . There are 33 species of Aves , belonging to  2 order,  7 families，19 genera.
