鱼堡至 堂盘查 Q 生箜20 第5期 JREGANATOPERSURG，2011，Vo1．20，N0．5 · 547 · 开放手术与经尿道 电切术治疗高原地区良性前列腺增生的临床研究 谢天泰，孙 胜，杜子友，李 浩，秦 斌，蒲东利 (解放军第22医院普通外科，青海格尔小816000) [摘 要] 目的 研究开放手术与经尿道电切术治疗高原地区良性前列腺增生的临床特点，为临床诊疗提供参考。方法 选 取2003年至2010年 12月期间在我科诊疗的62例 良性前列腺增生患者 ，按照随机数字方法分成2组 ，每组31例 ，分别为开放手术 组与电切手术组 ，治疗后留院观察与随访 ，分析两组患者的相关临床资料。结果 两组患者在住院时间、术中出血、留置导尿时间、 膀胱冲洗时间方面均具有统计学差异(P0．05)，但在手术时间方面没有统计学差异(P0．05)。术前和术后两组患者在最大尿 流率与残余尿方面均无统计学差异(P0．05)。与术前相比较，两组患者术后的最大尿流率与残余尿均有显著性改善(P0．05)。 两组患者的并发症总发生率具有统计学差异 (P0．05)。结论 与开放手术相 比较，经尿道前列腺电切术治疗 良性前列腺增生疗 效更好好 ，具有恢复快、住院周期短、创伤小、安全、并发症少等优点。 [关键词]良性前列腺增生；高原地区；开放手术；经尿道电切术 [中图分类号]R737．25 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1672-5042(2011)05-0547-02 Clinicalstudyofopenoperationand transurethralelectr0receptjOn ofprostateforbenign prosattichyperplasia on plateau XIETian—tai，SUNSheng，DUZi—you，LIHao，QINBing，PUDong—li (DepartmentofGeneralSurgery，22ndHospitalofPLA， GolumdQinghai816000，China) Abstract：Objective Toinvestigatetheclinicalcharacteristicsofopenoperationandtransurethralelectmreceptionofprostate(TURP) forbenignprostatichyperplasia．Methods Totally62patientswithbenignprostatichyperplasiainourdepartmentfrom 2003toNovember 2010wereselectedandrandomlydividedintotheopenoperationgroup(n=31)andTURPgroup(=31)．Theclinicaldataofthetwo rgoupswerecomparedafterthetreatment．Results Theseweresignificantdifferencesinhospitalduration，bloodloss，catheterizationtimeand bladderwashingtimebetweenthetworgoups(P0．05)，butthesewasnosignificnatdifferenceintheoperationtimebetweenthetworgoups (P0．05)aswellasinmaximumflowrateandresidualurinebetweenthetwogroupsbeforeandaftersurgery(P0．05)．Postoperative maximumurinaryflowrateandresidualurineweresignificantlyimprovedcomparedwiththosepreoperatively(P0．05)．Meanwhile，there weresignificnatdifferencesintheoverallcomplicationratebetweenthetwogroups(P0．05)．Conclusion Comparedwithopenopration， transurethralelectroreceptionofprostateofrbenignprostatichyperplasiahasbettereffects，fasterrecovery，shorterhos
