Abstract: Objective: To design PCR pri er for targeting vector ho ology ar of pres gene. Methods: After an analysis on
structure and function of pres gene, an objective a plification zonewas selected to ake an analysis on enzy e cutting sites. Then,
on account of the principle of pri er design, the ho ology ar PCR pri er was designed on thezone consistented with therequire
ents of enzy e cutting sites. Results: Thepri er designed for targeting vector ho ology ar could eet this research require ent.
Conclusions: Based on the principle of pri er design and the analysis of enzy e cutting sites, PCR pri er fortargeting vector ho ol
ogy ar can be designed successfully.
