M ethods To summ arize the prob lem s of electron m edical record in the application for the past wt o years, propose the estab lishm ent electron m edi cal record th ird party cen tralism supervision service or an ization. Settin the au thority and tmi e lmi itation of doctors to revise them edical records, m ak in the law s and re u lations of electron si ns, perfectin the reco nition m ethods of user identification and w ritin tem plate, discussin the developm ent dem and of electronic m ed ical record in the fu ture. Res lts The electron icm edical record demonstrates the obvious superiority in the application. But it still had som e prob lem s need to be solved. Concl sion The electronic m ed ical record has some problem s, bu t its develop m ent has becom e the inevitable trend, and it has the hu e developm ent potential.
