It points out that the state reduction cannot alter the circuit. s behavior. T he design of both M ealy and Moore model sequential circuits on sequences detector is discussed. T hen, a method of designing M ealy model sequential circuits is presented, w hich detects input string and determines the next state of circuit w hen the input has stab-i lized, but gives the state of circuit w hen input changes, so that the circuit may work correctly. Such a method is applicable to general sequential circuits design.
