多轴锁定钢板结合植骨治疗老年桡骨远端骨折 1 汪冉 杨永宏 钱金黔 楼肃亮 摘 要 目的: 探讨 Numelock Ⅱ桡骨远端掌侧多轴锁定钢板内固定结合植骨治疗老年桡 骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法: 自 2008 年4 月～2009年 12 月期间对 16 侧老年桡骨远端骨 折采用切开复位，Numelock Ⅱ桡骨远端掌侧多轴锁定钢板内固定结合植骨治疗，并对患者 术后影像学结果、临床疗效结果及并发症进行随访分析。结果: 所有患者都得到随访，随访 时间 3 个月～19 个月，平均 11.8 个月。所有骨折均骨性愈合，骨折愈合时间 3～8 个月。 按照改良 Mcbride 评分和纽约骨科医院腕关节评估标准：优 9 侧，良 5 侧，可 1 侧，差 1 侧，优良率为 87.5％。结论: Numelock Ⅱ桡骨远端掌侧多轴锁定钢板具有操作简便，固定 可靠，可根据术中骨折具体情况选择锁定螺钉的植入角度等优点，结合术中对骨缺损区进行 足量植骨，是治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的一种有效方法。 关键词 老年桡骨远端，骨折固定术，内，多轴锁定钢板 Treatment of distal radius fracture of type C with Numelock Ⅱ polyaxial locking plate plus bone transplantation WANG Ran，YANG Yong-hong，ZHENG Jie，LOU Shu-liang， ZOU Qing，(Dept of Orthopaedics the 117th Hospital of PLA, Hangzhou，Zhejiang 310013， China) ABSTRACT Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixtion with Numelock Ⅱ polyaxial locking plate plus bone transplantation to treat old age distal radius fracture.Methods: from April 2008 to December 2009,16 patients with old age distal radius fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixtion with Numelock Ⅱ polyaxial locking plate plus bone transplantation. The radiographic outcomes、the clinical outcomes and complications postoperation were followed-up. Conclutions: All patients were followed up for 3~19 months(averge 11.8 months).Bone union was achieved in all patients, with duration of union for 3~8 monthes.9 patients were excellent, 5 patients good, 1 patients fair and 1 patient poor,the excellent-good rate was 87.5%.
