College of Resources and Environmen,t N ortheastAgricultural Universit , H arbin, H eilongj iang 150030, China) A bstrac t: By m eans of add ing effective fermentation m icro- organism s to dairym anure, the article analyses dynam ic changes of total organ ic carbon and hum us substances of total hum ic acid, free- form hum ic acid andw ater soluble hum ic acid. The resu lts in- d icate that the total organ ic carbon decreases obviously, especially composting w ith effective ferm en tation m icro- organ ism s. The contents of total hum ic acid, free- form hum ic acid andw ater solub le hum ic acid decreased obviously at the in itial phase of fermen- tation, then increased gradually in the period of ferm entation m ature. The con tents of hum ic acid of treatm en t w ith inocu lating m -i crobes were low er obviously than that of treatment w ithout inoculating m icrobes at the in itial phase of ferm entation, but had a little d ifference in the period of ferm entation m ature period.
