Results The plasm a level of fibri oge i patie tsw ith lu g ca cer was sig ifica tly higher tha those of the orm al co trols (P 001) . Therew as o sig ifica t differe ce bewt ee the plasm a levels ofprothrom bi tmi e a d active partial throm bo plasti tmi e a d those of orm al co trols. The plasm a level of prothrombi tmi e i the patie tsw ith lu g ca cer show ed sig ifica t differ e ce i sex. The plasm a levels of coagulatio m arkers w ere ot related to age, sex, histological classificatio , the size of the prmi ary tum ors, PTNM stages, a d dista tm etastasis. The plasm a levelof fibri oge i the patie tsw ith lu g ca cer w ere egatively correlated to survival tmi e ( r= - 032, P 001) . Conclusion Elevatio of plasm a levels of fibri oge ex ists i patie tsw ith lu g ca cer. The plas m a level of fibri oge is egatively correlated to the surv iva l i patie tsw ith lu g ca cer.
