The enterprise does not need to modify configuration or networking. Thus, users in fixed networks and mobile networks can be managed in a unified manner. In addition, for the PPP over GTP, L2TP tunnels can be set up or removed in real time. For IP over GTP, only the GRE VPN can be used. Thus, the VPN gateways in the intranet (usually a router) must set up the GRE tunnels with all the GGSNs in advance. IP over GTP - L2TP (PPP Regeneration) After GTP decapsulation, the GGSN obtains the original IP packets. As an L2TP access concentrator (LAC), the GGSN adds PPP encapsulation to the IP packets and then sends the PPP packets to the intranet through an L2TP tunnel between the GGSN and the intranet. IP over GTP - L2TP (PPP Relay) After GTP decapsulation, the GGSN obtains the original PPP packets. Then, it sends the PPP packets to the intranet through an L2TP tunnel between the GGSN and the intranet. Access mode: None-Transparent：support to authenticate user name and password from user’s configuration, APN, MSISDN or common user name and password. Transparent and authentication: Firstly authenticate configured common user name and password from GGSN, if there is no configuration, then authenticate user name and password from user configuration.
