Medical College of Yangzhou University, Yangzhou 225001, China) [Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of Liujunerchenjiedu decoction and its functional groups on the expression of cancer cells CD44 and the content of serum HA and Col Ⅳ in Lewis lung carcinoma metastasis model C57BL/6J mice, and provide an experimental evidence for reasonable application of Chinese anti-metastasis therapies. Method: The Lewis lung metastasis model was established of C57BL/6J mice, randomly divided into 6 groups: Saline control group, Tegafur positive drug control group, Liujunerchenjiedu decoction, Liujunerchen decoction, Qingrejiedu decoction and Citrus Pinellia decoction. The 16th day after oral administration, expression of CD44 in tumor cells was measured by Immunohistochemistry and image analysis system, the content of serum HA and col Ⅳ was detected by radioimmunoassay. Result: Liujunerchenjiedu decoction and its functional groups inhibit the expression of CD44 in transplanted tumor cells of mice in varying degrees. Compared with the saline control group, Citrus Pinellia decoction and Liujunerchen decoction had a very significant difference(P ﹤ 0.01),Liujunerchenjiedu decoction had a significant difference(P ﹤ 0.05);Liujunerchenjiedu decoction and its functional groups both can reduce the content of serum HA and colⅣ,the effect of Liujunerchen decoction was the best(P ﹤ 0.01),the effect of Liujunerchenjiedu decoction a
