Further more,and to provide some proof for the identity of ppGalNAc-T family that its members have the similar structure but different function.Methods The sequences of mppGalNAc-T family were analyzed using bioinformatics soft and online data base,and phylogenetic tree was also constructed. Result The primary structure and secondary structure of mppGalNAc-T family shared high identity.The phylogenetic tree showed that they were derived from a common ancestor and differentiationed at dissimilar times. Conclusion mppGalNAc-Ts came from a common ancestor,but they had many differences and evolved in a divergent way.
