脾肺气虚型变应性鼻炎健脾通窍丸治疗临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨健脾通窍丸治疗脾肺气虚型变应性鼻炎的临床效果。 方法 回顾2012年10月～2013年5月脾肺气虚型变应性鼻炎患者82例，将其分成实验组50例，对照组32例，应用辛岑颗粒为对照组患者祛风通窍、益气固表，应用健脾通窍丸为实验组患者祛风通窍、补肺健脾。对比两组患者的远期及近期疗效。 结果 从近期疗效看，实验组治疗有效率为98.00%，对照组为81.25%；从远期疗效看，实验组患者鼻炎复发率为28.00%，对照组为56.25%，与对照组患者相比，实验组脾肺气虚型变应性鼻炎的远期及近期效果更佳，临床差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 健脾通窍丸治疗脾肺气虚型变应性鼻炎患者，能获得较佳的远期及近期疗效，值得应用。 　　[关键词] 脾肺气虚型；变应性鼻炎；健脾通窍丸；临床治疗 　　[中图分类号] R765.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）24-100-02 　　Clinical analysis on Jianpi Tongqiao pill in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with dificiency of both the splenic and pulmonary QI 　　WANG Zhenpeng 　　Department of Otolaryngology，Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Anyang 455000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of Jianpi Tongqiao pill in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with dificiency of both the splenic and pulmonary QI.
