企业合作网络中关系强度和结构对等性对创新绩效影响的实证研究 ——以中国半导体战略联盟网络为例 赵炎，周娟 （上海大学管理学院， 上海 200444 ） 内容摘要 社会网络认为关系性嵌入和结构性嵌入都会对企业的行为和绩效产生影响。本文以中国 半导体战略联盟为实证对象，结合探索式联盟和开发式联盟来考虑结构对等性和关系强度对企业创新 绩效的作用，最后得出探索式联盟需要维系更多的强关系，开发式联盟则相反；结构对等性对探索式 联盟的创新具有负向调节作用，而前者与企业创新绩效存在倒 U 型关系，后者对近期的探索式创新存 在负向作用；如果企业已经从高结构对等度的网络中获取足够利益的话，再通过维系强关系所获得利 益不会太多。文章进一步结合中国半导体行业联盟的现状进行了一些分析，并提出了相关建议。 关键词 战略联盟；关系强度；结构对等性；创新绩效 Interfirm Network and Innovation Performance: The Effects of Tie Strength and Structural Equivalence — Taking Chinese Semiconductor Strategic Alliances Network as an Example Zhao Yan, Zhou Juan Abstract ：Network researchers have argued that both relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness affect firm’s behavior and performance. Using strategic alliance networks in the semiconductor industry of China, we study the roles relational and structural embeddedness playing in firm’s performance with reference to exploration and exploitation alliance. We argue that exploration alliances need to sustain more strong ties; the degree of structural equivalence has a negative moderate role on exploration alliances’ innovation, while the former has an inverted U-shaped relationship with firm’s innovation and the latter negatively affects the exploration alliances’ innovation; when the firm has extracted enough benefits from high degree of structural equivalence of the network it embedded in, it can’t obtain more from maintaining strong ties. At last, we further analyze some conditions concerning alliances of China’s semiconductor industry and offer our related suggestions.
