船 舶 李丽年，等：“长青”号FPSO船控台系统并入中控系统研究 “长青”号FPSO船控台系统并入中控系统研究 李丽年  马  磊 （中海油能源发展油田建设工程设计研发中心  塘沽300452） ［摘  要］ 在 “长青”号FPSO系统改造中，首次将船控台系统并入中控系统。根据船控台系统特点，将过程控制系统、紧 急关断系统和火气系统分别并入中控系统中，最终可通过中控系统统一动态显示生产流程、主要工艺参数及主要设备运行 状态，以声光报警形式显示FPSO生产和安全的异常状态，并定期打印生产报表。在发生事故的情况下能确保FPSO人员和 生产设施的安全，防止环境污染，将事故造成的影响限制到最小,并能及时准确地探测到可能发生或已经发生的火情或可 燃气体泄漏，采取相应的安全措施(如报警、关断、消防等)，以保护FPSO人员和设备的安全。 ［关键词］FPSO；船控台；中控系统；控制方法 ［中图分类号］ TP273  ［文献标志码］A  ［文章编号］1001-9855（2015）02-0090-04 On integration of control console system into central control system for Changqing FPSO vessel LI Li-nian MA Lei (CNOOC Energy Technology  Services-Oilfield Construction Engineering Co. Research Design Center, Tanggu 300452, China) Abstract: During the reformation of Changqing FPSO system, the control console system has been integrated into the central control system for the first time. According to the characteristics of the control console system, Process Control System, Emergency Shutdown System and Fire Gas System are incorporated into the central control system. Finally, the central control system can dynamically display the production process, main technology parameters and operation condition of main equipments, show abnormal situation of production and safety of FPSO in the form of sound and light alarm, and print production report regularly. At the time of accident, this system can ensure the safety of staff and production facilities on FPSO, prevent environment pollution, minimize the harmful effects of the accident, and timely and accurately detect fire or combustible gas leakage that possibly or already occurred. Then, the corresponding security measures can be imposed to pro
