: 1000677X( 2007) 2007 ( 27 ) 2 CH INA SPORT SCIENCE Vol. 27, No. 2, 3437, 2007. 我国冬季两项优秀运动员站立和行走足平衡能力研究 Study on Foot Balance of Our Elite Biathlon Athletes during Standing and Walking , , MENG Zh oli, YUAN Wenxue, HAO Xinli : 通过 Footsc n 足底压力步态分析系统测试我国冬季两项优秀运动员站立和行走时 足底压力分 并进行分析讨论结果表明, 运动员赤足站立的平衡能力高于穿鞋, 双脚站立 时闭眼稳定能力高于睁眼, 单脚站立时左脚好于右脚; 赤足行走支撑足足底压力时间曲线具 有双峰特征压力中心在横向摆动幅度较小; 大部分运动员在足中部支撑阶段出现足内外 翻现象, 建议教练指导队员加以注意并选用适合的鞋或添加鞋垫, 增加足背屈时对应肌腱 韧带专向力量的练习, 减少行走时足内外翻情况的出现, 避免身体损伤出现 : 冬季两项; 优秀运动员; 足底压力; 平衡; 中国 Abstract: T he purpose of this study is to ex mine nd n lyze t he pressure distribution under the foot of our elit e bi thlon thletes during st nding nd w lking using footsc n pl nt r pres sure distribution n lyt ic l sy stem . The result s show th t the st nding st bility of b refoot th letes is better th n th t the thletes w ith shoes , foot st bility of st nding in the sidebyside position w ith t heir eyes closed excels with their ey es opened . The curve of pl nt r pressure to time of elite bi thlon thletes w lking b refoot is twope k w ve sh pe . The v ri tion of COP in mediol ter l( M/ L ) direction is sm ll. These findings mentioned bove suggest th t t he ef fective w y to prevent spr ins should p y ttent ion to foot p t terns nd djusting of foot bio mech nics by dding insoles.
