The first section is an overview of the Preliminary Hearing System. The main concept of the Preliminary Hearing, the contents of the Preliminary Hearing of common law systems and procedures are discussed. Section II for our Preliminary Hearing on the history of our system for a simple sort, discussed a number of issues of the current Preliminary Hearing System. Section III is to establish the concept of Preliminary Hearing System. I will elaborate on the West by the Preliminary Hearing System, to analyze the substance of our current Preliminary Hearing System, applicable procedures and other issues, and put forward some ideas of the future development of the Preliminary Hearing System.
