Methods Records of 26 patients with cardiactu ors confir ed by operations and pathologywere reviewed. Clinical and echocardiographic data of all patients were abstracted. Results The surgical findings revealed that 46. 15%( 12 cases) of benign tu ors were on left heart, 38.46% ( 10 case) on right heart, 3.85% ( 1 cases) on two ventricles, 11. 54% ( 3 cases) on pericardia. The pathology revealed that 26 cases were diagnosed as cardiac benign tu ors including 6 ( 23.08%) lipo as, 5 ( 19.23%) ly phangio as, 4 ( 15.38%) fibro as, 4( 15.38%) rhabdo yo as, 2(7.69%) leio yo as, 2(7.69%) cavernous angio a, 1(3.85%) chro affino a, 1( 3. 85%) cystic ly phangio a, 1(3.85%) cystis of pericardiu .
