2015 NO.11 中外医疗 China Foreign Medical Treatment 临 床 护 理 伤口床准备原则在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者中的应用效果探究 程雪燕 崔瑞芳　赵春玲　段雪梅　赵紫钰 河南焦作市人民医院 , 河南焦作　454000 [ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨伤口床准备原则在 III、IV 期压疮患者中的应用效果。方法 选取该院 2013 年 6 月—2014 年 6 月期间 收治的 62 例 III、IV 期压疮患者为研究对象 , 根据随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组 , 对照组采取传统常规处理方 法 , 观察组患者采用伤口处准备原则进行处理 , 并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治愈 17 例 , 有效 13 例 , 无效 1 例 , 总有效率为 96.8%, 对照组患者治愈 14 例 , 有效 10 例 , 无效 7 例 , 总有效率为 77.4%, 两组比较差异具有统 计学意义 P 0.05 。结论 运用伤口准备原则处理 III 和 IV 期压疮临床效果明显 , 该方法值得在临床推广应用。 [ 关键词 ]III 期；IV 期；压疮；伤口床准备原则；应用效果 [ 中图分类号 ]R5 [ 文献标识码 ]A [ 文章编号 ]1674-0742 2015 04 b -0131-02 Ⅲ Ⅳ Effect of Wound Bed Preparation Principles Applied to and Stage Pressure Sores CHENG Xueyan,CUI Ruifang,ZHAO Chunling,DUAN Xuemei ,ZHAO Ziyu Henan Jiaozuo People’s Hospital, Jiaozuo, Henan Province, 454000, China [Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of wound bed preparation principles applied to Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage pressure sores. Methods 62 patients with III, IV stage pressure sores admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the random grouping method. The control group were treated by the conventional treatment method, and the observation group were treated by the wound bed preparation principles. And the patient outcome was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, 17 cases were cured, the treatment effect was effective in 13 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the overall response rate was 96.8%; in the control group, 14 cases were cured, effective in 10 cases, ineffective in 7 cases, the overall response rate was 77.4%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant P 0.05 . Conclusion Wound bed preparation principles applied to the treatment of III and IV stage pressure sores have significant clinical effect, which are worthy of clinical application and promotion.
