Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data about the maxillofacial and cervical scrofula 435 patients suffer from in the First Teaching Hospital of Xinji ang Medical University from 2002 to 2013. Results According to the retrospective analysis, South Xinj iang is prone to maxillofacial and cervical scrofula. Since Xinj iang is a region constituted by different ethnic groups, Minorities suffer from scrofula is higher than that of the Han Ethnic Group. Conclusions Because of xinj iang is a multi-ethnic areas,so the probability that the minorities suffer from scrofula is slightly higher than that of the Han Ethnic Group. It could be found that scrofula is caused by poor economic condition,and the region with high migration rate is more prone to scrofula. In addition, the combination of
