安 徽 医 药 　A nhu iM ed ica l and P ha rm aceu tica l J ou rna l　2005 O ct; 9 ( 10) 7·31 · 槐角颗粒的主要药效学研究 陈　菡 ,黄世福 ,徐鹏夫 ,赵 　勇 (安徽省药物研究所 ,安徽 合肥 230022) 摘要 : 目的　观察槐角颗粒的主要药理作用 。方法 　采用断尾凝血法 、体外凝血法 、扭体法 、热板致痛法 、耳廓肿胀法 、腹腔毛细 血管通透性观察法 、棉球肉芽肿法 、体内外抑菌试验等方法 。结果 　槐角颗粒可明显缩短小鼠断尾后的出血时间及血管内凝血 时间;对抗 0. 6%冰醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数增加 ,提高小鼠的痛阈值 ;抑制致炎液所致小鼠耳廓的肿胀度 ;抑制冰醋酸所致小 鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加 ;抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿的增长 ;并具有明显的抑菌作用 。结论 　槐角颗粒与原丸剂型一样具有明 显的止血 、凝血及镇痛 、抗炎 、抗菌等药理作用 。 ( ) 关键词 :槐角颗粒 ;药效学 ;最低抑菌浓度 M IC Pharmacodynam ic test of Hua ij iao granule CH EN H an , HUAN G Sh ifu , XU Pengfu , ZHAO Yong (A nhu i Ins titu tion of P ha rm acy, A nhu i H ef ei　230022 ) A b stract: A im 　Th is research wa s conducted to ob serve pharm aco logical effect of Huaij iao granu le. Results　 Huaij iao granu le cou ld obviou sly decrea se the tim e of b leeding and clotting; the oral solution also p re sented analgesic effect on the hot - p lace and w rith ing test in the m ice. It cou ld inh ib it not on ly the acu te inflamm ation on the exudation of mou se ’s ear induced by corton o il, but also the chron ic subcu taneou s granu lom a form ation in the m ice. It cou ld inh ib it cap illary p erm eab ility and imp rove the an tim icro b ial activity of Huaij iao granu le both in vivo and vitro.
