This research has discussed the study on inclusive education for hearing-impaired children in the past decades at home and abroad. It analyses not only the implementation, current situation and the measures, which aiming to offer inspirations for future research. The most hearing-impaired children can adapt well in mainstreaming school. Their social adaptation can be affected by hearing and speech intelligibility. Meanwhile, some of them will face challenges such as self-reliance，peer interaction, language and rules understanding and parents’ expectation. Teachers’ attitudes toward inclusive education are related to their knowledge and skills in inclusive education as well as support and cultivation.
