Examining Activity of Peroxidase from Rana nigromaculata and Appropriate Conditions

Abstract: T he peroxidase activity in the liver cells of R ana n ig r omaculata were studied by 2 methods: one w as us
ing the cell organization chemistry in sit u , w hile the other w as to use benzidine as substrate and enzyme activity w as
show ed by t he OD value variety in t he reaction liquid, and the catalytic activity peroxidase was measured by spectropho
tometer . In addition, the relevant data of appropriate conditions on examining t he enzyme activity included the density of
peroxidase, temperature, the pH etc. were also analysed.
