The optimal formulation was determined by orthogonal test as follows: the amount of Rabdosia rubescens juice 4%, malic acid 0.1%, citric acid 0.1%, pectin 0.15% and CMC-Na 0.18%. Under these conditions, the product had good nutrition and unique flavor, and it was stable and has no layer and precipitation. The ratio of sugar and acid was suitable. The shelf life of the product was up to 6 months.
