Abstract:Forthe patientslong time queuingproblem,apublic hospital carried outthefield investigation and a
nalysis,collectingdataofthe actual system,usingSPSS software dataanalysis,conceptualmodelsare established
through the queuing theory of knowledge,then establishes the simulation model by Flexsim,substitution into
physical parametersandrunthe simulationmodel,andconfirmedbythe simulationresults,analyzethe simulation
results,optimized to improve,to achieve the optimization of treatment processes and service number,however,
improve patients satisfaction and reduce the cost ofhospital.
