摘 要 摘 要 网络技术的发展促进了教育的革新，同时也对教育各个方面提出了新的要求，教育 的各个方面都做出了相应的变革和调整。在线学习是基于网络学习资源的一种新型的学 习方式，由于其学习环境的特殊性备受欢迎。在线学习方式也是信息化时代远程教学的 重要学习方式。为了提高在线学习的效率，需要有在线教师进行指导和帮助，在线教师 在在线教学系统中扮演的角色是多元化的，在线教师教学能力的高低直接决定了学习者 在线学习的效率。本文研究依据在线教学过程中对教师提出的要求来对在线教师的教学 能力进行分析和研究的。 本研究是由四部分组成的：第 1 章先对研究的背景、研究现状、研究方法、研究思 路、研究目的和研究框架做了仔细的阐述。本研究是依据教学过程中教师做的部分出发 来分析教师的能力结构的，这样的分析过程是为了尽可能的不遗漏教学中的某一环节， 是分析研究更加全面。因此，第 2 章是对在线教与学的基本过程进行了理论层面上的分 析。在线的教学活动是从传统的教学活动延伸出来的，所以本章是在阐述传统的教学过 程的前提下来分析和研究在线教学的基本过程的。第 3 章是全文的重点，是基于在线教 与学的基本过程的分析和研究来对有关在线教师的教学能力进行了分析和梳理。在这部 分中会从在线教学中有关资源开发、学习过程指导、组织、学生的学习伙伴以及教学环 境的设计和管理、学生的学习评价等方面进行仔细阐述。第 4 章是对研究成果进行了总 结，并对将来的发展做了展望。 关键词 在线教学 在线教师 能力 I Abstract Abstract Development of network technology to promote innovation in education, but also various aspects of education, new requirements, and all aspects of education have made the appropriate changes and adjustments.
