A bstract
O bjective：To observe the influence to V EG F、LD H in A Ls serum of adjutant therapy
of Y iQ i YangY in JieD u Prescription and clinical observation
M ethods：40 A L cases w ere divided into Chinese traditional m edicine group and the
control group random ly, each group of 20 cases. The chinese traditional m edicine group
w ere treated w ith conventional chem otherapy plus yiqi yangyin jiedu decoction，the other
group only used conventional chem otherapy. O bserve the changes of V EG F、LD H in A L ’s
serum and syndrom es integral before and after the treatm ent.
R esults：A fter the treatm ent ,w e found conventional chem otherapy plus yiqi yangyin
jiedu decoction can reduce the level of V EG F and LD H in A L’s serum , there w as
significant difference am ong groups （P0.05）. C om pared the total rem ission rate and the
syndrom es integral, w e find that the treatm ent group w ere higher than the control group,
there w ere predom inant difference betw een the tw o groups （P0.05）.
C onclusions：Conventional chem otherapy plus yiqi yangyin jiedu decoction can
reduce the level of V EG F and LD H in A L ’s serum , significantly im prove patients w ith
Q i-Y in deficiency of both sym ptom s and im prove the rem ission rate.
