Study on the Spatial Pattern of Logistics Industrial Cluster A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Liu Peigang Supervisor：Prof. Dong Qianli Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 物流业作为生产性服务业，其依附性、外部性等特点决定了发展须以制造业、流通 业等的发展为基础，由此呈现了物流产业集群沿着与市场需求相符合的空间分布规律。 随着基础设施、信息网络等物流基础平台的提升与不断完善，现代物流企业逐渐向物流 集聚区集中，一些经济中心城市、交通枢纽城市正成为物流集中的区域。本文同时以省 域和市域为单位研究我国物流产业集群空间模式及影响因素，为现阶段不同区域依据其 自身的空间属性及发展阶段来构建物流产业集群并制定扶持政策提供了可靠的理论支持 和现实依据。 在对物流产业集群相关理论进行梳理的基础上，归纳和演绎了物流产业集群的内涵、 特征、发展模式以及存在的地理空间效应。其次，基于空间计量经济学理论，运用区位 商和标准区位商法对调整之后的30 个省份和325 个地市物流产业集群的现状进行初步描 述，探讨了我国物流产业集群整体空间分布模式（集群、分散或随机模式）以及邻近地 区局部之间的集群模式和效应，并确定了规划物流产业集群时最佳辐射范围。最后，选 择空间滞后和空间误差两者最优模型构建空间回归模型，提出现阶段影响我国省域和市 域物流产业集群的主要因素和发展模式。 关键词：物流产业，物流产业集群，空间计量经济 i Abstract Logistics industry clusters is the senior form of when logistics industry develops to a certain stage, and is the sign of transforming traditional logistics into modern logistics. Along with the continuous improvement of the logistics infrastructure and logistics network, the regional logistics cooperation has been gradually enhanced. Some economic center cities and traffic hub cities are becoming to be the concentrated areas of logistics; moreover modern logistics also accelerates to the concentration of logistics cluster areas. Based on this background, this article studies on the spatial pattern and influencing factors of logistics industry clusters both in province area municipal area, and provides the reliable theory support and realistic basis for different regions to build logistics industry clusters and formulate supportive
