The characteristics of the aging of population in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is different, the raising channel of pension funds needs to be improved. In order to accelerate the seep of pension financing guarantee system which is of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the analysis of the obstacles of the financing channels for the elderly in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is imminent.
