摘 要
创新能力和信息能力是信息社会，卜必须具备的两种重要的能力素质。日前，我
们国家已在中小学校)]:设了现代信Lt技术必修课程，ifu教师现代信』D.I技术素养的水
平，直接影响学生现代信L、技术能力的培养。
为此，本文在简述教9111现代信息技术索养的内容、特点的基础上，分析了教帅
现代技术素养的现状，j宇刘教师现代信息技术索养普遍较低的原因进行了探究;论
述了现代信息技术在教育教学工作中的重要作ill,提出了教师面临着学习rlhl峻挑
现在重要的问题是，教育管理者和教帅都应提高现代信息技术重要作用的认
识，为教师学习现代教育信息技术创造良好的氛困，加大现代教育信息技术软硬例
的建设力度，采取针对性措施，培养和提高教师的现代信息技术素养。

ABSTRACT
Theinformationabilityandthecreativeabilityaretwokindsofimportantabilities
thatwemusthaveintheinformationsociety.Now,moderninformationtechniquehas
beensetupasarequiredcourseintheprimaryandmiddleschoolinourcountry,andthe
levelofteachersmoderninformationtechnologyaccomplishmentwilldirectly
influencethecultivationofstudentsmoderninformationtechnologyability.
Forthis,onthefoundationofnarratingthecontents,characteristicsofteachers
moderninformationtechnologyaccomplishmentinsimplifiedform,inthistextwehave
analyzedthepresentconditionofteachersmoderninformationtechnology,andprobed
intothecausesofthewidespreadlowlevelofteachersmoderninformationtechnology
accomplishment,inwhichwehavediscussedtheimportantfunctionofmodern
informationtechnologyatteaching,andbroughtuptherigorouschallengeofstudying
moderninformationtechnologythatteachershavetoface.
Now,theimportantproblemisthattheeducationadministratorsandteachers
shouldincreasethecognitionoftheimportantfunctionofmoderninformation
technology,createthegoodatmosphereforteachertostudymoderninformation
technology,andquickenthetempoofmoderninformationtechnologysoftwareand
hardwareconstruction,andadoptcountermeasurestocultivateandraiseteachers
