岩土工程新技术及其应用的分析.pdf

摘要 本研究报告介绍了几项岩土工程新技术及应用研究成果，包括四 个方面的内容： Conservation (1)日本国土防灾株式会社的专利产品JCE(Japan Engineers)回收式锚索的引进及在北京地区试验研究，其成功引进 和推广可大大减少地下建筑垃圾，实现环保施工； (2)兼作外墙模板垂直锚喷技术试验研究，加快了施工进度、降 低了工程造价。由土钉墙、微型桩、预应力锚杆三者所组成的复合支 护体系，对于垂直锚喷兼作外墙模板边坡位移的控制是有效的； (3)刚架双排桩在基坑支护工程中的应用，比悬臂护坡桩节省费 用约20％，比锚拉护坡桩节约费用约1O％、且缩短了工期： 钎钢的研制，是作者攻读博士期间研究工作的延续。本研究设计了 Cr—Ni-w-Mo—V系超强韧性合金钢，首创了“穿孔带芯纵轧法”及相 关工艺设备。最近成立了湖北钎钢钎具有限公司，对此项目的研究成 果进行推广应用。其专利申请正在进行中。 关键词：回收式锚索垂直锚喷土钉墙外墙模板双排桩钎钢中空钢 Abstract SeveralGeo-technicalnew and Engineering study techniquesapplication fruitwere inthis offour substances： introduced report，Consistrespect inand removable that (1)Thefetch oftheJCE anchor，Yet experiment and suchis introducedfromelsewhere decreases successfully spreads (2)The andrescareh0f舭technicalofvertical experiment anchoring as and wallact outside the sprouting mouldingboard，Speedsup building pit rateandcuts the down cost； project ofTwin of fralTleinthefoundation (3)The line rigid application piles thecantilever savethe brief20％than pit，could expense slopeprotectionpile，
