高校内部管理效率研究 摘 要 目前，我国高等教育正处在快速发展时期，高等学校规模的扩大与高等教育 资源有限性之间的矛盾日益突出，这一矛盾使中国高校管理面临新的挑战。在这 种情况下，高校要成功地应对挑战，就要构建一个有效的内部管理体系，不断提 高内部管理效率。 高校内部管理效率是衡量高校内部工作状况的基本综合指标，其提高主要体 现在高校整个组织系统的运行过程之中，是高校内部管理各个环节、各个层次中 多种因素的综合反映。为此，本文从整体出发，对高校内部管理效率问题进行系 统的研究。首先从理论研究切入，运用教育管理学、教育经济学的学科理论知识， 研究高校内部管理效率。在此基础上，文章对高校内部管理效率进行概述，并针 对我国高校内部管理存在的问题，从理论与实践相结合的高度分析我国高校内部 管理效率困境及成因。归纳而言，本文认为当前高校内部管理效率困境的出现是 我国高校内部文化建设存在弊端、管理体制不完善、资源配置不合理、管理理念 落后几方面原因综合造成的结果。本研究的重点部分是探讨提高我国高校内部管 理效率的途径。文章从政策层面，提出了更新高校内部管理理念、创新高校内部 管理体制、提高高校内部资源利用效率、加强高校内部组织文化建设四项主要对 策，从管理层面，对这四项政策性建议的实施进行了具体的策略研究。 关键词:高等学校，高等学校内部管理，高等学校内部管理效率 AStudyontheManagementEfficiencyInside InstitutionsofHigherEducation Abstract Atpresent,highereducationinourcountryisinthestageofrapiddevelopment.
