外贸供应链类型和其绩效评价研究.doc

硕士学位论文摘要经营全球化下激烈的竞争局势迫使我国的外贸企业摆脱原有的经营模式，运用供应链管理的全新理念寻求生存与发展的机会。外贸企业通过对供应链绩效进行评价，选择适合自身利益的供应链模式，加强自身在供应链管理中的地位，是改善外贸供应链管理的重要途径。本文在广泛阅读和分析国内外供应链及其绩效评价研究现状的基础上，结合湖南外贸企业在国际贸易中所处的供应链的结构特征与稳定性特征，将外贸企业目前所处的供应链分成稳定型供应链与动态型供应链。选择了中国电子商务协会供应链委员会于2003年12月发布的SCPR1.0供应链绩效评价体系对这些外贸企业所在供应链的绩效状况进行了分析比较。结果表明，不同的外贸供应链类型的绩效存在明显的差异，动态型供应链的绩效高于稳定型供应链的绩效。据此结果，文章进一步提出了适合当前外贸企业发展的供应链模式选择策略。本文首先介绍了供应链绩效评价的相关理论和研究现状，然后对目前湖南外贸企业供应链类型的采用情况和应该采用的绩效评价指标进行了分析。在阐述了本论文的实证设计、基本假设，并统计分析数据，对数据统计结果进行解释之后，本文最后提出了外贸供应链模式的选择策略，并对如何在实际过程中实施这一供应链类型进行了阐述。关键词：供应链绩效；供应链类型；外贸；SCPRII硕士学位论文AbstractTheincreasinglyintensiveglobalizationofChina’seconomyforcestheforeigntraderelatedfirmstoimprovetheirsupplychainmanagement.Byevaluatingtheperformanceofdifferenttypeofsupplychaintheymayconcern,theforeigntraderelatedfirmswillknowwhichtypesupplychaintheyshouldhave,howtodefinetheirpositionsinthechains,andhowtostrengthentheirfunctionsinchains.Basedonathoroughreviewoftheliteraturesinsupplychainclassificationandperformanceresearch,sampleforeigntradeenterprisesfromHunanprovincewereexamined.Investigationshowedthatthesupplychainsthatforeigntradecompaniesengagedincanbedividedintotwotypes:stablesupplychainwithownmanufacturersorplants,anddynamicsupplychain.EvaluationbasedonSCPR1.0showedthattheperformanceofastableforeigntradesupplychainismuchbetterthanthatofadynamicforeigntradesupplychain.Thisthesisfirstintroducedthetheoriesofsupplychainperformanceevaluationandcurrentsituationofsupplychainclassification.Thenthepaperanalyzedtheindexesbothhadbeentakenandshouldbetakenasreferencebyforeigntradeenterprisesinsupplychainperformanceevaluation.Ondemonstrationdesign,fundamentalassumptionandanalyzedthestatistics,thethesisputforwardasupplychaintypechoosingpolicyfortheforeigntradeenterprises,andalsopointedoutthewaytoimplementitinreality.KeyWords：Performanceofsupplychain;Supplychaintype;Foreigntrade;SCPRIII硕士学位论文插图索引图1.1研究技术路线图..............................................................................................5VI硕士学位论文附表索引表2.1表3.1
