摘 要 在经济全球化的背景下,跨文化管理已成为跨国企业实现全球化战略目标的关键因素。我国企业的国际化进程日益提速,在这过程中,由于员工构成多元化,文化背景及语言、习惯不同,给企业的管理带来了许多障碍。管理者如何克服这些障碍成为亟待解决的课题。 本文从研究跨文化管理的理论、概念、跨国企业的文化冲突出发,分析、比较美国、欧洲、日本、我国等国家和地区的管理模式,着重论述了我国跨国企业跨文化管理的策略与对策。本文提出:首先,要转变观念,承认并理解文化差异,主动适应文化差异,充分挖掘其对企业的无限潜力,使文化差异为提高企业的竞争力发挥作用;其次,要加强我国跨文化企业的文化建设,秉承“以我为主、博采众长、不断创新、自成一家”的原则构建独特的企业管理哲学和企业理念。另外,还要选择合适的管理人员和管理策略及对策,加强跨文化培训,并有意识地培养跨文化经理人。 本文力图从文化的角度研究我国企业的国际化管理,希望有助于我国跨国企业认清和理解跨文化管理对企业实施国际化战略的重要性,以促进我国跨国企业开展国际化经营。 关键词: 我国企业,国际化,跨文化管理导言AbstractUnderthebackgroundoftheeconomicglobalization,cross-culturalmanagementhasalreadybecomethekeyfactorthattransnationalbusinessrealizetheglobalizationstrategicobjective.TheinternationalizedprocessofbusinessraisesspeeddaybydayinChina.Inthiscourse,becausethestaffformpluralism,theculturebackground,language,habitaredifferent,whichbringalotofobstaclestobusinessmanagement.Howtheadministratorovercomestheseobstaclesisbecomingthesubjecttobesolvedurgently.Thispapersetsoutfromthestudyoncross-culturalmanagementtheoryandconcept,theculturalconflictoftransnationalbusiness.ItanalysesandcomparesthemanagementmodesofUSA,Europe,Japan,Chinaetc,anddescribesthetransnationalbusinessscross-culturalmanagementtacticsandcountermeasureinChinaemphatically.Thispaperproposesthatweshouldchangetheidea,admitandunderstandtheculturaldifference,adapttotheculturaldifferencevoluntarily,fullyexcavateitslimitlesspotentialitytobusiness,maketheculturaldifferencefunctionforimprovingcompetitivenessofbusiness.Secondly,weshouldstrengthentheculturalconstructionofcross-culturalbusinessinChinaandinherittheprincipleTakingmeasthecore,learningwildlyfromothersstrongpoints,innovating,havingastyleofonesownconstantlytobuilduniquebusinessadministrationphilosophyandbusinesssidea.Inaddition,weshouldchoosesuitableadministrator,managementtacticsandcountermeasure,strengthencross-culturaltrain,andtrainthecross-culturalmanagerconsciously.paperstressesonstudyinginternationalbusinessmanagementinChinaintermsofculture.IthopestomakethatbusinessinChinaseecl
