我国农村土地流转模式选择的研究摘要土地流转改革是解决农村土地细碎化，实现土地规模经营的一项重大举措，它对于促进农业的产业化发展，实现农业的现代化以及社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。好的土地流转方式不仅能够带来土地利用效率的提升，也能够有效地保护农民的主体利益，因此寻求一种适合当前情况的土地流转方式势在必行。本文从我国农村土地使用权流转的现状及存在的问题出发，分析了转包、转让、出租、互换、入股等流转模式的实行所带来的问题；并且从公共政策理论分析的角度，对目前几种重要的土地流转模式，即土地股份合作制、股田制以及土地流转合作社进行了剖析；文章最后分析了适合的土地流转模式应遵循的原则，提出了通过入股模式来流转土地是一种比较好的选择。将土地入股可以实现土地从实物形态向价值形态、货币形态转换，股份化后可以满足长期经营，解决流转的短期化问题；具体可通过将土地入股农民专业合作社的形式来实行，在保障农民利益的基础上，通过入股得以实现土地的规模化经营，并就这种方式所存在的问题提出了完善的建议。关键词：农村土地，土地使用权流转，流转模式ITHESTUDYONOPTIONSOFTHERURALLANDCIRCULATIONMODELSABSTRACTThelandcirculationreformisamajormovetosolvetherurallandcrushingandrealizethescaleoperation.Ithasgreatsignificanceforthepromotionoftheindustrializationofagriculturedevelopment,therealizationoftheagriculturalmodernizationandthebuildingofthenewsocialistcountryside.Goodlandcirculationmodelwillnotonlybeabletobringaboutimprovementinefficiencyoflanduse,butalsocaneffectivelyprotectthemaininterestsofthepeasants;soitisimperativetofindasuitablewayforthelandcirculation.Fromthebeginningofourcountrylandusecurrentsituationandproblems,thispaperanalysessomeproblemscausedbytheimplementationofanumberofcirculationmodels，thatis,transfer、subcontracting、rental、swap、shares.Andfromtheperspectiveofthepublicpolicyanalysis,thepaperanalysestheseveralimportantlandcirculationmodels,thatis,thelandshareholdingcooperativesystem、landsharesinthecompany、landsharesinthefarmercooperatives.Inthelastpart,thearticleanalysestheprincipleswhichtheoptionofthemodelshouldobey,proposesthatitisagoodapproachtocirculatethelandsbyIIthesharesmodel.Withthelandshares,thelandcanberealizedasvalueform、monetaryformfromthephysicalform.Anditcansatisfythelong-termoperation.wecanimplementitbythelandsharinginthefarmer’sprofessionalco-operatives.Onthebasisofsafeguardingfarmers’interests,thescaleoperationofthelandcanberealized.Anditalsoadvancestheproposalstoresolvetheproblemsofthismodel.KEYWORDS:ruralland,landcirculation,circulationmodelsIII上海交通大学学位论文原创性声明本人郑重声明：所呈交的学位论文，是本人在导师的指导下，独立进行研究工作所取得的成果。除文中已经注明引用的内容外，本论文不
