摘要 在高技术产业不断发展的前提下，其风险投资相关问题及其产生的风险预警管理越来越受到人们的关注。并且在市场经济条件下，高技术产业风险投资对于推动整个社会经济的发展有重要意义。论文首先分析了高技术产业风险投资的主要风险。高技术产业风险投资的主要风险则包括：技术风险、市场风险、财务风险、管理风险以及环境风险。其次是为了有效降低风险，提高投资安全性和收益可靠性，在分析了风险影响因素之后，构建了风险投资项目评价指标体系和风险预警管理系统。最后总结全文得出结论。 关健字：高技术产业；风险投资；预警管理 ABSTRACT With the quick development of the High-tech industry, the risks associated with investment-related issues and its warning management of risk is receiving increasing attention.
