中草药结合 -酮戊二酸对断奶大鼠肠道和系统 免疫的影响 摘要 本文研究了中草药结合 -酮戊二酸 -ketoglutarate AKG 作为饲料添加 剂对断奶大鼠肠道和系统免疫的影响 大鼠被随机分为对照组 中草药组和中草 药结合 AKG 组 研究以下内容 1 小肠前 中 后各段及全段淋巴集结数量 和面积的形态学测量 2 十二指肠IgA 含量测定 3 免疫器官称重 4 吞噬 细胞功能测定 5 酯酶染色试验 6 B 细胞溶血素测定 7 血液指标测定 8 淋巴细胞转化试验 结果为小肠全段淋巴集结个数差异不显著 但中草药结合AKG 可显著增加 小肠上皮淋巴集结面积 增加肠道IgA 的含量 中草药结合AKG 组的血浆球蛋 白和免疫球蛋白含量提高 从免疫学指标测试结果提示 中草药和中草药+AKG 的添加可提高机体的细胞免疫 体液免疫和非特异性免疫 且中草药+AKG 组的 效果更明显 免疫器官称重测定结果提示 中草药和中草药+AKG 的添加有利于脾脏的生 长发育 三组间红 白细胞数差异不显著 说明中草药和中草药+AKG 的添加效 果是在保证机体正常生理功能的状态下发挥作用的 以上结果表明 中草药和中草药+AKG 作为饲料添加剂可促进断奶大鼠肠相 关淋巴组织形态的生长发育 可起到增强肠道免疫和提高系统免疫功能的作用 此外还显示中草药+AKG 的作用要比单纯添加中草药的效果明显和迅速 关键词 断奶大鼠 中草药 -酮戊二酸 肠道免疫 系统免疫 The Effect of Chinese Herbs Combined with -ketoglutarate on Gut and System Immunity in Weaned Rats Xia Li-ning (Veterinary biomedicine) Supervised by associate professor Yao Gang Ph.D and associate professor Huang Yan Abstract: In present paper the effect of Chinese herbs combined with -ketoglutarate AKG on gut and system immunity was studied in weaned rat randomly divided into three groups: Control group, herbs supplement group and Chinese herbs plus AKG supplement group, respectively. The fallowing items were tested: 1) the area and the number of Peyer’s patches in the small intestine. 2) the duodenal IgA secretion. 3) the weight of immune apparatus. 4) the phagocytosis of macrophage. 5) the number of T-cells in the blood . 6) the hemolysin of B lymphocyte. 7) the indices of the hemogram . 8) the lymphocyte transformation. The results showed that the area of Peyer’s patch in the small intestine was significantly bigger in both Chinese herbs fed and Chinese herbs
