摘 要 随着我国研究生教育规模的不断扩大，研究生的培养质量问题备受人们关 注。而导师与研究生关系的好坏直接影响着教育教学质量的高低，对导师与研究 生关系的研究也显得尤为必要。研究生教育不同于本科生教育，要求学生有更多 的创新思维，而创新思维的培养需要导师的有效指导。但由于现实中各种因素的 影响，一些导师的角色出现了异化，导师日益沦为管理者及商人角色，无暇顾及 学生；而学生也因为各种内外部因素的干扰，角色认识模糊，无心进行学术研究。 双方的角色扮演的异化导致师生关系的冷淡。是什么影响着导师与研究生的关 系，如何使双方扮演好各自的角色，进而有效地改善导师与研究生的关系，这需 要人们深思。本论文采用理论与实证相结合的方式，采用文献法、调查法、比较 法等研究方法，对导师与研究生关系进行较为系统、深入的探讨。 第一章导论。阐述了选题的背景、意义，概述了国内外导师与研究生关系的 研究现状；界定了师生关系、研究生、研究生导师的概念，确定了研究的思路与 方法，最后提出论文研究的基本结构。 第二章导师与研究生关系的理论基础。阐述了角色的内涵及角色理论的基本 内容，并且运用角色理论透视导师与研究生关系的意义。 第三章导师与研究生关系的现状调查。通过对研究生和导师的问卷调查，指 出高校导师与研究生关系存在的主要问题，并且分析其产生的原因。 第四章导师与研究生关系的国外借鉴。通过论述国外导师与研究生关系的特 征，对德、英、美、日四国导师与研究生关系进行梳理，归纳其有益经验，进而 提出对我国的借鉴。 第五章角色理论视角下导师与研究生关系的优化。针对导师与研究生关系存 在的问题，从角色理论视角提出了对导师与研究生关系的优化策略。 研究表明，A 大学导师与研究生的关系存在一定的问题，影响着研究生的培 养质量，要解决这些问题，需要借鉴国外的经验，并从导师、研究生、学校这三 个角度分析优化对策。 关键词：导师；研究生；导师与研究生关系；角色理论 I Abstract With the constant expansion of graduate education in China, people pay much attention on graduate training quality problems. It is particularly necessary to research on the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates as the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates impacts education quality directly. Graduate education is different from undergraduate education. It requires students to have more creative thinking, and cultivation of creative thinking needs supervisors’ effective guidance. However, some supervisors’ role is alienation because of the influence of various factors in the reality. Supervisors increasingly become managers and businessmen and they have no time to take into account students.
