The following staff at each location takes the activity services daily schedule or attendance record: - 123 Franklyn Road: The first staff person out of the building takes the activity services daily schedule. - 555 Fuller Avenue: NA - 2835/2837 Bouvette: N/A The following staff at each location takes the emergency kit: - 123 Franklyn Road: The first staff person out of the building from the top of the file cabinet in the front office. - 555 Fuller Avenue: The first staff person out of the building from the shelf beside the photocopy machine in the hallway. - 2835/2837 Bouvette: The first staff out from the front door closet in 2835. Usher everyone out of the building to the predetermined designated staging areas. Staging Areas: - 123 Franklyn: Sidewalk across Franklyn directly in front of the building. - 555 Fuller Avenue: Corner of Bertram Street and Doyle Avenue. - 2835/2837 Bouvette: Front Driveway at 2835 Bouvette, Staff then walk with the residents to Raymer and Bouvette. Emergency evacuation may require rolling a person in a blanket and carrying them out. Staff checks to ensure no one is in any rooms or offices. Ensure when checking washrooms at 555 Fuller and 123 Franklyn Road are empty. Turn off the lights and close the doors once a room has been thoroughly checked. At the staging area, staff takes a head count identifying how many people are present, guests and/or visitors. Depending on the
