安全的网上招投标方案研究 摘 要 本文先对网上招投标产生与发展作一介绍，随后根据招投标流程 对其安全需求进行分析，将安全需求与密码学技术供需结合构筑网上 招投标的实现方案，并进行仿真验证和系统功能实现。 文中提出的方案运用 DES 、ElGamal 、SHA-1 等密码算法和技术 从招标、投标、评标等阶段对招投标进行全过程设计描述，使方案符 合招投标规范和安全性需求，并通过基于密码学算法和技术提出了二 次掩盖等方法，使得投标人的身份匿名性和合法性的矛盾得到了较好 的解决。在安全性分析和招投标规范剖析的基础上，运用 Matlab 的 Simulink 仿真平台进行了流程模拟仿真，并借助 VC++6 实现了系统 功能的应用，验证了方案的正确性和可行性。 通过以密码学角度来描述整个网上招投标的流程，一方面可以看 到将密码学技术应用于招投标流程是可行且合适的，另一方面也是希 望通过以这种方式将密码学这个新鲜事物引入到建设工程等行业中 来，同时也将建设工程等行业融入到网络安全与密码学研究中去，籍 此形成行业交叉，对两个行业的发展起到推波助澜的绵薄之力。 关键词：招投标，密码学，数字签名，知识证明 i THE RESEARCH OF SECURE BIDDING PROTOCOL ON NET ABSTRACT In the paper, we introduce the appearance and development of inviting public bidding and bidding on net at first. According to standard process of the bid, well analyse its special secure request. With the combination between secure request and cryptography technology, an implement protocol of bid on net will be given. The protocol describes the whole bidding process from inviting bidding to grading bidding by using DES, ElGamal, SHA-1 and etc. cryptography arithmetic and technology. Then it can meet bid criterion and secure request exactly. And the protocol also uses twice-mask and etc. which solve the problem of identity anonymity and legitimacy more perfectly. It not only make the bidders identity information secret after twice-mask, and also insure the bidders identity is legal and valid.
